About DigitalAssetManagementSystems.com and DAM Atlas
DigitalAssetManagementSystems.com is an independent, Europe-first guide to digital asset management software. We help marketing, brand, e-commerce and IT teams build a defensible shortlist faster.
What we publish
The site has one core product and three supporting resources. DAM Atlas, the DAM vendor directory, holds a verified profile for every DAM vendor we track, with a map of European headquarters. The comparison tool and head-to-head pages, the shortlists by need, and the knowledge base all draw on the DAM Atlas dataset.
Independence and ordering
DAM Atlas lists every vendor alphabetically and sells no rankings, badges or placements. Vendor profiles describe positioning, strengths and considerations in neutral terms, and every capability marked as available is backed by public vendor documentation. Where a fact could not be verified, the profile says so.
How vendor data is collected
Each profile is researched from the vendor's own website, product documentation, trust and security pages, press releases and reputable trade or financial news. The latest full review took place in October 2026 and drew on 309 cited sources across 62 profiles. Ownership changes, acquisitions and rebrands are tracked explicitly, and merged brands keep a profile so buyers can trace where a product went.
Verification levels
Every profile carries a verification level. High means core facts were confirmed in at least three independent sources. Medium means core facts were confirmed in vendor material with limited independent confirmation. Partial means one or more core facts remain unverified and are marked as such. The current dataset contains 20 high, 32 medium and 10 partial profiles.
Capability legend
| Documented | The vendor documents the capability in public product pages, documentation or release notes. |
| Partial | The capability exists with clear limits, for example only through a partner connector or in a higher edition. |
| Not offered | Public material shows the vendor does not offer the capability. |
| Not verified | We could not confirm the capability from public sources. This is no evidence of absence. |
Knowledge base standards
Knowledge base guides are written by practitioners in DAM, PIM and content operations. Each guide opens with a direct answer, labels estimates as estimates, cites sources for regulatory facts and ends with concrete next steps. Regulatory content reflects the position on 14 October 2026.
